EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Redmond O'Neal To Be Released From Jail; Being Sent To Rehab

Redmond O'Neal --the troubled son of actor Ryan O'Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett - will be released from jail and will be sent to rehab to continue his treatment for drug addiction, RadarOnline.com can report.
That announcement was made Friday morning after O'Neal,24, appeared in a courtroom in Santa Clarita, California and pleaded no contest to possession of a controlled substance.

O'Neal could have faced four years into state prison, but under a deal, he must complete one year in treatment at residential rehab at Impact in Pasadena, CA. He was also placed on three years probation, and if he violates probation, he goes to state prison for six years.

O'Neal won't be released to Impact until Commissioner Godfrey at the Airport Court signs off on him being transferred to Impact in Pasadena, CA. Redmond will be in front her Thursday, September 24. It's expected she will sign off on it.

Chris Brown Sentenced; Ordered To Stay Away From Rihanna For Five Years

Chris Brown was sentenced to 60-months felony probation and ordered by a judge to attend a 52-week domestic violence program, perform 56-weeks of community service and he must perform manual labor in his home state of Virginia. He was also fined $2,500 by the judge.

Brown was also ordered not to have any contact or phone calls with Rihanna for the next five years and to stay away at least 100-yards away from her unless at an entertainment event, then he must stay at least 10 feet away.
During sentencing, Judge Patricia Schnegg warned Brown, "I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves." Meaning she has heard reports that Brown and Rihanna were communicating and she warned Brown that he will be violating his probation and could go to jail if he keeps it up.
Brown was also ordered to appear in court every three months over the next year for progress reports with the judge.
The singer, looking serious and wearing a pinstripe suit was accompanied by his mother, two other family members and attorney Mark Geragos to court.
Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting Rihanna in June. He was arrested after the pair fought hours before February's Grammys.

Patrick Swayze recently spent a week in the hospital, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The brave actor, battling pancreatic cancer, has returned home.
He has been splitting time between his Los Angeles-area home and his New Mexico ranch.
With strong support from his wife Lisa, his brother and other friends and relatives he has survived numerous setbacks.
Swayze has been using medical marijuana to easy the pain of his condition. He has looked healthier in photographs taken within the past month but is still in a lot of pain.
The National Enquirer reports in its new issue that Swayze was hospitalized because of intestinal bleeding.

The Marseille fire department says a stage built for Madonna’s concert at the Stage Velodrome stadium collapsed on several workers on Thursday, killing one person and injuring at least six others. The popstar was set to perform in the French town on July 19 but the mayor confirmed the concert has been cancelled.

Farrah Fawcett, the blond Charlie's Angels bombshell whose red swimsuit poster became a sexy icon of the 70s, has died at 62, at St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica, CA 9:28 am PST Thursday, RadarOnline.com has learned.

It's official: Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett are engaged.
"I've asked her to marry me, again, and she agreed," O'Neal told Barbara Walters.
O'Neal confirmed that the longtime lovers, who have been together since 1980, will tie the knot soon, as Fawcett battles an aggressive anal cancer that has her ailing, bed-stricken, and sometimes unable to speak, a condition O'Neal said will not interfere with the pending nuptials.
"Maybe she will just nod her head," he said.

They've said goodbye to their fellow contestants three times on "I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here," and it finally looks like Spencer and Heidi Pratt will not be returning to the NBC reality show's jungle set.
The new Mrs. Pratt was taken to a Costa Rican hospital yesterday, her sister-in-law Stephanie Pratt revealed yesterday.
"Heidi was rushed to the hospital and had an IV in her arm," Stephanie, who also appears on "The Hills," announced on her Tweeter feed.
"Her family is flying out to see her."

In a shocking development, Redmond O'Neal said in open court in Los Angeles this morning that his mother, actress Farrah Fawcett, weighs only 86 pounds.
Fawcett, 62, has been battling anal cancer since 2006, and as RadarOnline.com previously reported, Farrah was recently released from the hospital after the cancer spread to her liver and metastasized.
Don Imus: 'I Have Prostate Cancer'

Don Imus, who made national news two years ago after he called the Rutgers women's basketball team "nappy-headed hos," has revealed that he has Stage II prostate cancer. Imus made the announcement today on his radio show.
Said the 68-year-old controversial radio host: "I have great confidence in my doctors. I'll be fine. If I'm not fine, then I won't be fine. And it's not a big deal. The prognosis couldn't be better."
Stage II prostate cancer, according to the National Cancer Institute, means the cancer has not spread outside of the prostate yet.
Imus was hired by ABC in 2007 after CBS fired him for the controversial Rutgers remarks.
