Roseanne Barr has filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Ben Thomas, and you can read it here exclusively on RadarOnline.com.
The comedianne is furious with Thomas, the former bodyguard who was her husband from 1995 to 2002, for an action he filed against her last October.

Top selling Grammy winning R & B singer Jill Scott is being sued by her former record label who say she has turned her back on them after they helped mold her career and shoot her to fame.
DOCUMENTS: See Hidden Beach Law Suit Against Jill Scott
Independent record label Hidden Beach have filed a lawsuit against Scott for Damages and Breach of Contract.
In the papers Hidden Beach claim that Scott was a virtual unknown when they took a chance and signed her to them a decade ago, and that Hidden “poured it’s heart and soul into making poet and soul and R & B singer and songwriter Jill Scott a superstar”.

They claim that Hidden’s hard work “resulted in Scott becoming one of the most well-known, highly respected recording artists of our time.”
So, as you can imagine, it came as a “complete shock” to the label when they were informed by Scott’s attorney on October 7th 2009 that Scott “has decided to move on” and “will no longer perform recording services for Hidden Beach”. This despite a contract to deliver another three studio albums to the label.
In the papers Hidden Beach document their history of commitment to Scott and their advertising and promotional campaigns they invested in to promote her as an artist. They also claim that they spent $450,000 on producing and filming one of her concerts, at her request, only to have her subsequently decide not to release the finished project in fear that “if people saw her perform on a DVD they would not want to pay to see her perform live.”
David Caruso's Nanny Sues His Former Girlfriend
Hidden also claim that they helped develop Scott’s career as an actress even though it did not financially benefit them as a company, and it was through Hidden’s efforts that Scott secured a role in the 2007 movie, Why Did I Get Married.
Hidden are suing Scott for undisclosed damages as well as attorney fees and other associated costs.

Michael Douglas’ troubled son Cameron, who pled guilty to drug charges Wednesday in a New York court and is facing ten years in jail, isn’t the only one in the family facing legal woes.
In a case considerably less shocking and way more boring than his wayward son’s, dad Michael is being sued by a former business associate for an unspecified amount, to be determined at trial, for breach of contract and fraud and deceit.

In papers obtained by RadarOnline.com Douglas’ ex-partner Howard Zuker states that he first met Douglas at the Cannes Film Festival back in 1976, which started a long friendship that spanned decades, ending when “Douglas, his attorney and co-conspirators started diverting assets and profits” away from an Entertainment company Zuker had founded with Douglas in 1998.
Zuker claims Douglas agreed to go into business with him, investing $2.25 million into the newly formed movie production company, American Entertainment Holdings Company (AEHC) in September 1998. Amongst other investors and share holders, Zuker took a 15% stake in the new company and Douglas 5% as a promotional fee.
Michael Douglas’ Son Pleads Guilty To Felony Drug Charges
Zuker states that in January 2000 he and Douglas entered into an agreement that after Douglas recouped his initial investment, plus 8% interest, he would split his profits from the company 50/50 with Zuker.
According to the papers Zuker invested considerable time researching and creating a film fund which was established in 2002 with the purpose of investing money into AEHC. In 2004 Douglas committed to investing $1 million of his own money into the fund.

Things were going well for the company and in July 2004 a new investor and business partner was introduced into the mix, Christopher Baker, who invested $2.5 million and was appointed co-manager of AEHC.
Zuker claims it was shortly after this that things started going awry, culminating with Zuker receiving a letter from Douglas and Baker’s attorneys in 2006 demanding a different deal to the one that had been previously set up between Douglas and Zuker, and reneging on the agreement that Douglas would split his company profits 50/50.
Cameron Douglas Moved To Federal Corrections Center
Zuker claims the attorneys tried to force him into signing with threats that the company would be closed down, and that this caused time delays which subsequently scared investors off , making them change their mind about investing funds into the company. With funds disappearing and a general loss of confidence Zuker claims Douglas swooped in, seized control of the floundering company and ousted him.
Zuker says his employment was officially terminated in March 2008.
He claims he has suffered, and continues to suffer damages, including loss of profits, loss of goodwill and damage to his business reputation, all in amount to be determined at trial. He also claims loss of his $192,000 salary that he was paid by AEHC, and his promised bonus of $1 million.

Zuker is suing Douglas as well as Baker and the company itself. He is demanding punitive damages in amounts to be determined at trial, along with payment of his attorney fees and any other related costs.

The on-going legal fight between David Caruso and his former girlfriend Liza Marquez, with whom the CSI: Miami star has two children, has just gotten a new combatant.
On June 1, Maria Vianey Guardon, who worked for Caruso and Marquez as their nanny sued Marquez, claiming Wrongful Termination and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
According to court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com, Guardon claims that after Caruso and Marquez split, Marquez demanded she sign a confidentiality agreement and fired her when she refused.
She’s asking the Los Angeles County Superior Court to determine damages.
Debra Opri, attorney for Marquez, denies the allegations made against her client.
"Guadron has been employed by the same employer, David Caruso, and still is,” Opri told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
“He has paid Guardon all along, and still does as she still works for him.
“David Caruso is harassing my client through the nanny, and he better be ready to be named as a defendant.”
Michael Trope, attorney for Guardon, did not respond to RadarOnline.com’s request for comment.

The long-running legal battle between David Caruso and his former girlfriend Liza Marquez just got nastier.
According to Maquez’ attorney Debra Opri (you might remember that name from Larry Birkhead – Anna Nicole Smith days, Caruso was supposed to show for a deposition on May 15 but the “CSI: Miami” star but he failed to appear.
Caruso and Marquez, who never married, have two children together and broke up two days after the second child was born in 2007.
