Tobey Maguire has agreed to pay $80,000 to be excluded from an ongoing lawsuit tied to his poker winnings at a high-stakes game organized by convicted Ponzi schemer Brad Ruderman, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Spider-Man star's payout was revealed in new bankruptcy court documents filed Wednesday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Maguire personally signed the settlement papers himself November 18, according to court docs. He said he did not receive anymore than the $80,000 from Ruderman that he's paying back, and had no knowledge of the ongoing con or where Ruderman's poker bankroll came from.

Cassavetes is being sued for almost $74k in earnings by a bankruptcy trustee who is trying to recoup losses that were suffered by former clients that invested with Brad Ruderman, who was convicted in a Ponzi scheme.

The court docs state: "This adversary proceeding is not an attempt to enforce a gambling debt owed to Debtor. Rather, the Trustee is seeking to recover a fraudulent transfer to defendant. Consequently, this action is not in contravention of the California policy of courts leaving parties/gamblers where find them. Based on the foregoing, the Court denies the motion."
