Just two days after being released from the hospital, following a horrifying surf accident, Christopher Schwarzenegger and his mother Maria Shriver hit up a local Los Angeles mall and the teen looked like he is on the road to recovery.

The two were not just getting some retail therapy in, but they visited Patrick Schwarzenegger, Christopher's brother, at his summer job where he's working for The Grove shopping center.

Christopher spent about a week in the hospital following a boogie boarding accident in Malibu where he broke his ribs, and had a collapsed lung.  He was still wearing his hospital bracelets after being released.
