Jon Gosselin, Hailey Glassman and their attorneys have plans to sit down and resolve their differences, but Hailey's friend Damon Feldman has a different idea of how to settle things.

Celebrity boxing promoter Feldman told RadarOnline.com that he's so furious at the way Jon treated Hailey he's challenging Gosselin to a boxing match with a $120,000 purse.

“I have had enough of this guy – let’s see if he is man enough to step inside the ring with me," Feldman told RadarOnline.com.
