The June issue of Vanity Fair sheds new light on the final days before the shocking death of Whitney Houston last February, including her relationship with her rumored boyfriend, Ray J, the singer/actor most famous for being Kim Kardashian’s partner in a 2007 sex tape.

In the article, Vanity Fair’s contributing editor Mark Seal talks with several people connected to the late pop icon, including to Karrine Steffans, the onetime girlfriend of Houston’s ex husband Bobby Brown.

Bobby Brown will not be serving any jail time for his March DUI arrest, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Instead, the 43-year-old must complete a 90-day alcohol program and 36 months of probation — in a deal he made with prosecutors.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Bobby was pulled over at 12:05 p.m. on March 26 by the California Highway Patrol and failed four sobriety tests, allegedly blowing a .12.

Whitney Houston's ex-husband Bobby Brown has formally pled not guilty to driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Brown pled not guilty in a Van Nuys courtroom on Monday morning to the charges. He allegedly blew a .12, but the legal limit in California is .08. The judge ordered Brown not to consume any alcohol until the case is resolved.

Bobby Brown is fighting charges related to his recent drunk driving arrest.

A statement issued by his attorney reads: "Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and Mr. Brown was not driving erratically. He was speaking on his cell phone. Mr. Brown has not been convicted of anything associated with this incident. Mr. Brown is taking this matter seriously and an investigation is underway. The legal process shall run its course."

Bobby Brown was arrested for driving under the influence on Monday, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The troubled 43-year-old was pulled over in Reseda by the California Highway Patrol for driving while talking on his cell phone at 12:05 p.m. and according to the CHP sobriety tests were given — which he failed.
