Paz de la Huerta was sober as a judge hosting the opening of New York’s Hotel on Rivington bar Viktor & Spoils last week, and RadarOnline.com has learned it’s because her camp wouldn’t let her drink!

The hotel management was given “explicit instructions” by the Boardwalk Empire beauty's handlers not to serve to her any booze in light of her involvement in a number of alcohol-related incidents in the past, the New York Post reported.

Instead, mixologist Steve Olson was brought in to create a special virgin concoction for the model/actress, who plays Lucy Danziger on HBO's critically-acclaimed series.

Her rep told the paper, while “it’s true Paz was not drinking alcohol ... [she] does not have handlers.”

The Boardwalk Empire bad girl got into a scuffle with a pal at Brett Ratner’s Tower Heist afterparty on Monday night according to reports, but the actress insists that her drunk friend was to blame for the incident.

According to the New York Post, Paz was sitting at a table and accidentally spilled a drink over her friend, who proceeded to jump up and burst into tears. The staff attempted to make the situation better, bringing them napkins and bottles of water as Paz grabbed her friend’s arm and tried to apologize.

Boardwalk Empire's hot mess, Paz de la Huerta, is the new muse of luxe lingerie line Agent Provocateur, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The actress, who recently plead guilty to harassment after an incident at an NYC bar with The City star Samantha Swetra, will be featured in a racy fall campaign, which includes a series of short films directed by Johan Renck as well as still shots, reports WWD.

In one of the first images released, de la Huerta, wearing lavender hued lingerie, exits a limo with her legs spread, with the caption: "Always remember your Agent Provocateurs".

The Spanish actress wore a black blazer over a long black dress with simple pumps for her courtroom appearance– a shockingly conservative look for the star, who is famous for flaunting her figure in sheer, sexy dresses.

Gorgeous Paz de la Huerta had an embarrassing incident caught on camera Sunday, when the actress was denied entry into an after-party at Los Angeles' famed Chateau Marmont hotel following the evening’s Golden Globes.

The 26-year-old stunner, who looked to be feeling absolutely no pain whatsoever, was not allowed into the Hollywood hot spot as venue officials believed she was in no condition to attend.
