Just two years after the brutal murder of her father, Season 9 American Idol hopeful, Angela Martin, has been dealt another personal crisis, with her mother disappearing at Christmas, just after a family gathering.

On Tuesday America watched as Angela was sent through to Hollywood after a perfect rendition of Just Fine by Mary J. Blige.  “It’s people like you, singers like you, which is why I like doing this show,” Simon Cowell told her, as the judges unanimously passed her though.
