Kate Hudson's biological father hasn't always been there for her, but he's got some choice words for another famous father -- Michael Lohan.

"Michael Lohan is a ship wreck of a human being!" Bill Hudson told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview when asked about other father-daughter relationships on the rocks in Hollywood.

"He's exploiting his daughter. Michael Lohan is a walking accident!"

Kate Hudson's biological father blames Goldie Hawn for the negative press surrounding their split, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

After having two children together — Kate and Oliver Hudson — Goldie split from Bill Hudson in 1980 and despite their promise to keep it cordial, he says she turned it into "an ugly media war."

"We just wanted to do what was best for our children and didn't want to put out anything publicly," Bill told RadarOnline.com.

"I haven't met any of my grandchildren, but I'd like to meet them one day," Bill told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.

While Bill, 62, acknowledges that there was a time in Kate's adult life when the two reconnected, he said that once she married Black Crowes frontman Chris Robinson and had their son Ryder, the relationship fell apart again.

Kate Hudson has called Kurt Russell 'dad' for years, but her biological father exclusively tells RadarOnline.com it's "really painful" to hear his daughter refer to another man as her dad.

"At first it was okay when everybody was getting along, but there were certain things I didn't like. I didn't like that Goldie wanted the kids to call Kurt 'pa,'" Kate's father Bill Hudson told us in an exclusive interview.

"It was very confusing to the kids, particularly Kate, and that was really painful."

In the book, titled Two Versions: The Other Side of Fame and Family, Bill, a musician, reveals that Kate was a "very happy child, but there was a distance in her."

He goes on to depict his now 31-year-old daughter as a rabid man eater and attacks her for not visiting her dying 88-year-old grandmother.

"Kate was married to Chris Robinson and then divorced him to be with Owen Wilson. I love Kate, but she has done stuff which is just awful," Hudson writes in his book.

"I love Kate, but I think she has been contrived and destructive with me and with her other brothers and sisters. She is a spoiled brat in my eyes and at the end of the day, she should meet her little sister. I should meet my grandchild and she should help her grandmother,"  he goes on to write.

Hudson also takes several swipes at his ex-wife and Kate's mother, Goldie Hawn. "What if your ex-wife used her public platform to spread rumors about your relationship with your children?" He asks, going on to describe Hawn as "a movie star who enjoyed having 'open relationships' and limiting access to their children."

In the steamy memoir, Bill draws many parallels between Kate and her mother, Goldie Hawn, claiming, Hawn had dalliances with her Shampoo co-star, Warren Beatty, and French actor Yves Renier, while she and Bill were still married.

Understandably Kate, who has not spoken to her father in over seven years, is less than pleased, but the tell all promises to be a juicy read!
