Reese Witherspoon's mom is taking more legal action against the actress' father who she has accused of bigamy and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the restraining order she filed against his new wife.

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Witherspoon, the Oscar winning actress' mother, was granted a restraining order on May 9 in Nashville, Tenn., against Tricianne Taylor, the woman who married Reese's dad John Witherspoon in April.

Polygamist Kody Brown and his four wives won a recent legal battle against the Utah County prosecutors, allowing their lawsuit to challenge the bigamy law to go forward, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

The stars of the TLC reality show Sister Wives filed a lawsuit against the prosecutors in the town where they lived saying that the bigamy law in the state is unconstitutional.

Kody Brown and his four "wives" -- the stars of the controversial TLC reality show Sister Wives - will file a lawsuit Wednesday challenging Utah's bigamy law, which prosecutes families like theirs, according to Brown's attorney Jonathan Turley.

Brown is only legally married to Meri, but calls Janelle, Christine and Robyn his wives too.

Polygamist Kody Brown now has four wives and 16 children and TLC, the network that brought us Kate Plus 8, has just announced that their controversial reality TV  show will be returning for a second season in March 2011.

Sister Wives will be back for more scrutiny as the show provides “a deeper look into this unconventional—yet somehow relatable—family,” according to the network.

RadarOnline.com had the first ever interview with Kody and his wives were they explained their plural marriages as one legal marriage and three “commitment marriages.” This did not stop police in Lehi , Utah from investigating the family, since polygamy is illegal, and the Utah County Attorney Jeff Buhman said they were deciding whether or not to press charges.

The upcoming season two sneak peek titled Sister Wives Honeymoon Special will show Kody and his new fourth wife Robyn after their wedding, with the other three wives discussing how they feel about having a new addition to the family.

Kody has defended the family’s alternative lifestyle, saying “We’re not felons, we’re family.”

The new wife Robyn celebrated her addition to the family, including wives Meri, Janelle and Christine on the season finale.  “It was kind of like I got into the sorority,” she said.

The complicated balancing act Kody Brown must do to keep his wives happy hits a snag in the upcoming episode of Sister Wives and in the sneak peak, Christine is upset when she learns some shocking news about the potential new wife.

“I found out that Kody sealed the engagement with a kiss,” Christine said about his proposal to Robyn, the soon-to-be fourth wife.

Describing her own relationship with Kody, Christine said “We didn’t kiss until over the alter because I didn’t feel right about kissing a married man.”

“It was devastating,” she revealed.

Robyn is equally emotional about hurting her future sister wife.  “I got really upset because I knew I’d hurt you,” she said to Christine.

In tears, Robyn says, “I knew it would be complicated, but I didn’t know it would break my heart as well.”

The stars of TLC's new reality TV show Sister Wives are under police investigation in Utah for a possible charge of felony bigamy, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Police in Lehi, Utah, said they began looking into salesman Kody Brown and his four wives even before the show debuted Sunday.

"At the conclusion of the investigation, the evidence will be forwarded to the Utah County Attorney's Office for review and possible prosecution," says a police spokesman.
