Whitney Houston's family, spearheaded by her mother, Cissy, is asking law enforcement to look into death scene photos that were leaked to the media in the days after the pop superstar died at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, including one pic of her body being wheeled out on the gurney in a body bag, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The Beverly Hills Police Department held a press conference on Monday morning to discuss the death of Whitney Houston, revealing that they've concluded their preliminary investigation and have handed it over to the coroner's office.

The spokesperson confirmed that Whitney's body was initially found in the bathtub of her fourth floor Beverly Hilton Hotel room by a member of her personal staff, and was moved by a person or persons prior to any medical personnel arriving on the scene.

The Los Angeles County Coroner's office is going to be obtaining copies Whitney Houston's medical records in their ongoing investigation to determine her official cause of death, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Houston died in her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel Saturday afternoon. Responding emergency medical personnel declared the singer dead at approximately 3:55 pm PST. She was 48.

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis went wild Thursday morning on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills and RadarOnline.com has learned the police were called and he was handcuffed.

According to an eyewitness, Joe got into an altercation with a brunette mystery girl around 9:30 a.m. over a cell phone and things escalated to the point where the Beverly Hills Police were called.

"Some girl took his cell phone and he wanted it back so he started to hit her," an eyewitness who was walking down the street when they saw the commotion told RadarOnline.com.

A female trespasser was arrested at the home of Ellen DeGeneres and her wife Portia de Rossi, RadarOnline.com has learned.

"The property is protected by a 24-hour security team that detected and detained the intruder until she was turned over to the custody of Beverly Hills police officers who arrested her," the talk show rep's told People who broke the story.

The woman didn't make it into the house itself, and never made contact with Ellen or Portia, the rep added.

Her identity and her motive have not yet been made public by the Beverly Hills Police Department.

After receiving a tip through America's Most Wanted, the Beverly Hills Police Department attempted to serve Smith a search warrant at his Hollywood apartment complex on December 1.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, BHPD Chief Dave Snowden announced on December 8 that preliminary ballistics tests done on the weapon that was used by Smith to take his own life shows it was the same weapon used in the murder of Chasen.

Chasen was gunned down execution-style in the early morning of November 16 in Beverly Hills as she drove home from the Burlesque premiere and after-party.

The 64-year-old veteran PR guru was shot five times in the chest before crashing into a light pole and being transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where she was pronounced dead.

According to neighbors, before his suicide Smith had been bragging that he was behind the Chasen murder and that he was awaiting a $10,000 payout.
