Gerard Butler completed a stint in rehab and is now home, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The 42-year-old actor entered the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Spring, Calif. nearly three weeks ago to deal with addiction issues.

Michael Lohan is at his wits end with his daughter Lindsay and ex-wife Dina and exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he is very worried about reports that the two are drinking together.

"My hands are in the air. I don't know what to do," Michael said. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lindsay was doing shots and her mother was spotted boozing it up at Kim Kardashian's wedding.

Michael slammed his ex-wife for her actions around their daughter.  "Lindsay is apparently out drinking, Dina is drinking.  I thought Dina was smarter than to drink around Lindsay."

Lindsay finished up her fifth rehab stint in January after her court ordered stay at the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs, Calif.

Michael said despite his past problems with alcohol, he didn't expose his children to his drinking. "Not once in my life did I ever drink around my kids."

With his daughter working to get her career back on track, Michael said Dina's actions aren't helping the 25-year-old. "I don't think support like that is going to give anyone confidence that Lindsay can come back.  If anything, the public and the industry want to see that Lindsay has stable people around her - especially her parents."

Michael and Dina have four children together, and their youngest son Cody is still in high school in New York, which is directly in the path of Hurricane Irene.

"If Dina is staying in LA that means Cody is home alone in the hurricane. Since Dina has custody why isn't she there in New York for him?" Michael railed.

He claimed that things are strained with his children now because of his relationship with his ex-wife.

"I can't get in touch with any of my kids because when Dina is around no one talks to me," Michael alleges.

According to Lindsay's dad Michael, the Lohan family is trying to ensure Lindsay's sobriety by surrounding her with positive influences.

"When Lindsay gets out, I want to have the right team of people around her, not the Hollywood types who leached on her in the past," Michael told RadarOnline.com.

Lindsay Lohan is working on getting a “work pass” so that she can get out of rehab to discuss her next movie Inferno before her January 3 release date, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The Mean Girls star is currently staying at a sober living home close to The Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California where she has been receiving treatment in recent weeks. Inferno director Matthew Wilder has been in constant contact with Lohan during her rehabilitation.

Wilder told RadarOnline.com: “Lindsay is happy and I have been sending her some films starring several actors that we would like to cast alongside her in our movie.

Michael Lohan is desperate to see his daughter Lindsay and has been trying to see her while she rehabilitates at The Betty Ford Center, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Family members are usually allowed to visit during the third week of the inpatient’s program. Lindsay checked into rehab during the last week of September so she is within the third week range.

Dina Lohan called Barbara Walters over the weekend and revealed that she and her three kids will be visiting Lindsay at the Betty Ford Clinic for family week sometime soon. One person not invited: ex-husband Michael Lohan.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Michael said he’s disappointed in Dina’s continued plan to keep him out of his daughter’s life.
