There is nothing better than a good old scandal and that made 2011 a banner year for reality TV!

From cheating spouses, to fake marriages to shocking suicides and risking children’s lives, reality stars showed their true colors by fighting, making-up, dodging debt and raking up arrests, and RadarOnline.com has a gallery of the biggest scandals of the year.

Kim Kardashian tied the knot with Kris Humphries in an $18 million made-for-TV extravaganza but filed for divorce just 72 days later, prompting outcry that the nuptials were fake and only for ratings on her reality show. The backlash was swift, especially when Kim cashed in with huge ratings for the new season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, which was re-edited to make Kris look like the bad guy.

Taylor Armstrong’s financial troubles were simmering when her estranged husband Russell hanged himself in August, followed by the shocking news that Russell had allegedly abused her during their tumultuous marriage.  His suicide stunned family and friends, but the couple’s troubles are proving to be a ratings bonanza for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, with their counseling sessions aired on TV and the couple’s dark secrets revealed weekly.

Bentley Williams’ ex-wife tells Star that before his appearance on ABC’s The Bachelorette, they were thinking of getting back together. But after watching his cruel antics at the expense of Ashley Hebert, Suzette Davis says she’s now barely on speaking terms with her ex.

“We were best friends,” says Suzette, 31, who has a two-year-old daughter, Cozette, with Bentley, 29.

Ashley Hebert picked J.P. Rosenbaum over Ben Flajnik as her bachelor of choice on Monday's season finale of The Bachelorette – and yes, J.P. popped the question!

J.P., a 34-year-old construction manager from New York, told Ashley his "biggest fear is falling in love with [her] and having [his] heart broken again.

Although he wasn't there, The Bachelorette Ashley Hebert's evil suitor, Bentley Williams, was a hot topic on Sunday's Men Tell All special, as Hebert and the fellas didn't hold back or downplay their hostility for the hunky heel, with one contestant labeling him “a narcissist, a liar and a coward."

Prior to the discussion, the show aired a montage of Bentley's low lights, as he callously claimed he didn't have feelings for Hebert, but clearly enjoyed manipulating her. (Bentley would leave the show prematurely, claiming he didn’t want to stay away from his daughter, but returned on a later episode, tampering with Ashley’s heart yet again.)

After Monday's The Bachelorette saw much-despised Bentley Williams return -- and break Ashley Hebert's heart one final time -- the pretty dentist conceded to Jimmy Kimmel that “some men out there are out to just really crush you.”

In the episode, Ashley finally saw through Bentley, a Salt Lake City native, for the conniving manipulator America already knew he was, through his mean-spirited vignettes. (Ashley hadn’t seen them until the show began airing.)

"I cannot believe that I wasted so much time on Bentley," Ashley said. "I needed this time away from him to be able to see through him. He's such a player. He disrespected me to the core.
