Her unceremonious reception by Mets fans behind her, Lady Gaga has switched baseball allegiances. She's now totally gaga over the New York Yankees.

This being Lady G, the singer's attire for Friday night's game against the aforementioned Mets, was a tad revealing. She sported a Yankees shirt over a fashionable black bra and panties.

The singer and two female friends sat in a VIP box and seemed totally in to the game.
Lady Gaga was even seen downing a beer which she explained in a Tweet to her fans, "I just kicked my ass in the gym, time to wash it down with an ice cold NY beer."

Unfortunately she couldn't kick the Yankees' collective asses into a winning performance. The Mets blanked them 4 - 0.

A child protective services agency wants to launch a probe into the child filmed drinking a beer at a recent Philadelphia Phillies baseball game, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In the video clip, a blonde-haired boy takes a swig from a bottle of beer amidst an oblivious crowd of adults during the Phillies game against the San Diego Padres at Citizens Bank Park on June 6.

“If we knew the child’s name then this is something we would definitely investigate although we would have to obtain more information before proceeding,” a spokesman for an officer in the Commissioner’s Action Response Office, which is part of the Department of Human Services in Philadelphia told RadarOnline.com. Since the spokesman had yet to see the video, RadarOnline.com sent the department a link to the footage.

“It is against the law and a question of parental responsibility," City Council spokesman Tony Radwanski told RadarOnline.com. “Hopefully, we can identify the adults who were with this child and find out what really happened because we do not condone this kind of behavior.
“There might be season ticket holders or other fans who can come forward and help the authorities establish who the parents are because it reflects badly on them.”
The 3rd Police District that covers Citizens Bank Park would not comment if they were investigating the incident.

RadarOnline.com spoke with licensed family therapist Dr. Bethany Marshall about her read on the situation: "I am gravely concerned that this child did not make a facial expression that would indicate disgust or surprise at the taste of the beer. This could indicate that the taste of beer is familiar for this child (which, in turn, might reveal a pattern of parental neglect). Neglect is the most common form of child abuse."

The same week Michael C. Hall announced that he has been undergoing cancer treatment, his wife and Dexter co-star Jennifer Carpenter hit some swag suites over Golden Globe weekend, scoring some items sure to put some much-needed smiles on his face.

Carpenter, along with Hall’s onscreen wife Julie Benz, stopped by the HBO Luxury Lounge on Saturday at the Four Seasons, first and foremost picking up goodies she felt Hall would appreciate.

Hall, who is nominated for his role as Dexter Morgan, is expected to attend the awards ceremony Sunday. A rep for the actor confirmed that his treatment for Hodgkin's lymphoma is ongoing but stressed the cancer was in remission.

Danny DeVito had viewers buzzing this morning that he was…well…a bit buzzed himself when he did a live interview with Fox TV on location in the City of Brotherly Love where he and his costars are shooting scenes for his F/X series It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
With an open beer can clearly in few and an occasional belch for good measure, Danny gave entertainment reporter Jenn Frederick a run for her money in keeping the segment under control.
“I was only trying to make a TV interview fun,” Danny told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “In the scene the TV people were covering, my character was drinking (pretend beer). When you see the scene on the show -- and buy the DVD! -- you will understand. It’s called acting.”
