Former Baseball Star Barry Bonds Sentenced To Two Years Probation

Shamed baseball player Barry Bonds has been sentenced to two years probation and 30 days home confinement for obstruction of justice, stemming from his evasive testimony to a 2003 grand jury during an investigation into steroids in sports.

In the San Francisco, Calif. courtroom on Friday, Bonds, 47, was also ordered by Judge Susan Illston to pay a $4,000 fine and perform 250 hours of community service.

A jury convicted the disgraced MLB star last April but deadlocked on three other charges accusing Bonds of perjury for allegedly lying when he denied taking performance-enhancing drugs and receiving injections from someone other than his doctor, reported CBSNews.com. The prosecution later dropped those charges, foregoing another trial.

Shia LaBeouf was detained by cops and put into a police squad car for questioning in L.A. Saturday morning, and only RadarOnline.com has the exclusive video.

And only RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details of what really happened from the man on the other side of the fight, Mark Mastro.

Mastro tells us he was a fan of the Transformers actor and when he saw him inside Mad Bull's Tavern, wanted to meet him.

"My girlfriend saw Shia, and told me. I wanted to get a picture with him so I went over to his table, sat down next to him, and told him I was a fan of his. I called him Mr. LeBeouf.

"He didn't want anything to do with me," says the college student. " He said he just wanted to chill and refused to do a photos. I walked away."

Some time later, Mastro and a friend were out on the tavern's front patio -- basically just a fenced off area off the sidewalk -- and Shia walked out.

"My friend said, 'what's up Shia'?" Mastro says. "Shia told him to 'get the f**k out of my way.' He was slurring his words.

"That's when I said to my buddy, 'don't worry, he's just a f**cking fagot anyway'," Mastro says.

"He turned around, cursed me out, and I started laughing."

Mastro explains that the actor then jumped in his black truck which was parked directly in front of Mad Bull's.

"All of a sudden, he jumped out, and ran back towards the bar. He charged at me! I jumped over the patio fence onto the sidewalk to get away from him. But he kept coming after me.

"He was getting in my face. He was talking sh*t. He was chest-bumping me."

That's when the bouncer jumped in, Mastro says.

"A bouncer put Shia in a head lock. A cop just happened to be driving by and saw the commotion. He pulled up the bouncer literally handed LeBeouf over to him.

"Apparently the cop called for for back-up because there were at least seven other squad cars there in minutes."

Mastro saw the cops have LeBeouf put his hands up and behind his head. "That's how they led him to the squad car."

Mastro was not interviewed by the police and left the bar with his friends a few minutes later.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com that their officers were on scene at Mad Bull's. "I heard was that there was a fight but everyone cleared the scene and no arrests were made," Police Service Representative Ball says.

LeBeouf had a DUI arrest in 2007. A year later, he was busted for being openly intoxicated in a Walgreen's drug store in Chicago, and ended up being charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing.

Of that misadventure, he told David Letterman he was "pretty messed up on the special magic sauce."

Shia LaBeouf got into a bar brawl early Saturday morning after another patron called him a "f**king fagot," RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

The incident occurred at 1 am at Mad Bull's Tavern in L.A.'s Sherman Oaks district, and ended with the Transformers star in handcuffs.

Shia is a regular at Mad Bull's and eyewitness Mikey Dee tells RadarOnline.com that LeBeouf was in the popular bar with about 14 of his friends.

Shia and his entourage had been at the tavern for several hours when he began having words with another patron on the outdoors patio, Dee says.

"The guy was laughing at Shia and called Shia 'a f**king faggot'. Shia shot back that he was going to 'kick is f**king ass'.

"Shia then lunged but the other guy got the first punch in. He hit Shia hard in the face and split his lip.

"I saw him get hit, everyone did," Dee says. "It caught him in the mouth. He punched him good."

Just at that moment, a police officer was driving past and looking directly into the bar, Dee says. The patrolmen called for back up and "suddenly nine cop cars were there.

"They handcuffed both of them and asked Shia if he wanted to press charges. He said no.Then they asked the other guy and he said no too, so they let them go and they went on their separate ways."

Shia is in the Mad Bull's Tavern at least once a week and usually stays all night, reveals Dee, who works nearby and is a Mad Bull's regular himself.

"The bar staff call him the 'Unibomber' because he always comes in with his hood up, wearing a hat or glasses and a scruffy beard. He gets wasted. He's also always going to the bathroom and all the staff notice."

Dee calls the actor's friends a " bunch of a**holes. They are all in their early 20s and get loaded with him."

After the altercation, some of them took to Twitter to defend their pal, saying that he was jumped. "They're just trying to face face," Dee says. "He wasn't jumped.

"The last time I saw him in there was three weeks ago and he was wasted, he started a fight and it turned into a group fight with 20 people involved. I don't think the police came then. I got the hell out of there, it was nothing but trouble. Everyone was partying."

Only open six months, Mad Bull's Tavern has become a popular party place in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley. Lamar Odom, Derek Fisher and Barry Bonds have all been spotted there.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com that their officers were on scene at Mad Bull's. "I heard was that there was a fight but everyone cleared the scene and no arrests were made," Police Service Representative Ball says.

Disgraced baseball star Barry Bonds is closing in on his divorce from wife Liz Watson, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In papers filed Monday in the case initiated by Watson, the couple agreed not to take their divorce to trial and resolve it in an “uncontested manner.”

After 11 years, Elizabeth pins the split to "irreconcilable differences." The two share a 10-year-old daughter, Aisha.

Bonds' future ex is requesting joint custody of the child, spousal support and payment of legal fees.
