Lacey Scwhimmer, our super cute and talented Dancing with the Stars blogger, was voted off the show Tuesday evening along with Iron Chef partner Mark Dacascos. Don't fret, Lacey isn't going far--here in this exclusive blog, Lacey addresses her flu, the future and her impending couch time with Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters.

OH MAN!!!! Well, Mark and I are out of the hunt for the trophy but let me tell you that I had a great time dancing with Mark! He is one of the greatest guys I've ever known and a pleasure to work with... I will miss him a lot, and his family (his kids were adorable!).

VIDEO: Lacey In the Beginning, rehearsing with Dacascos and dining with
Lance Bass and Derek Hough.

We are off to NYC to do The View, I can¹t wait to hang with Whoopi and Barbara!

I haven't officially talked about being sick with the Flu so I want to go on the record and thank everyone for their support, prayers and happy thoughts. I was a little scared there for a while, I couldn't even lift my head. Lucky I had DJ there to take good care of me! I'm feeling better now and under doctor supervision.

Also thank you to Radar Online for giving me this awesome blog... Don't worry I'm gonna keep on blogging through the season! I'll give you my predictions and a little inside scoop. Special thanks to Conrad and the entire team at DWTS (you are my family and I love you all), Ben Russo of EMC BOWERY and DJ, my Mom and Dad for being at every show to cheer me on!

Check back with me VERY soon for all the gossip and trouble Mark and I get into in NYC. Haha.

XOXO Lacey

Dr. Conrad Murray is fighting back against the explosive allegations made by LaToya Jackson to Barbara Walters on Friday night's 20/20.

In the interview LaToya claimed Dr. Murray called Michael's son Prince into the bedroom while he administered CPR. "Prince watched him do this," LaToya claimed, adding that the doctor knew Michael was already dead.

But in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Dr. Murray's rep Miranda Sevcik said LaToya's version of events is entirely wrong.

"Her claims are not consistent with Dr. Murray's version of events," Sevcik said. "LaToya was not in the house during the time she claims Prince was called into Jackson's bedroom.

"Our version of events has not changed. Prince was never called into the bedroom and Dr. Murray found Micheal Jackson not breathing with a weak pulse. Mr. Jackson was not declared dead until he was in the hospital."

After years and years of snubs, The View's fabulous five -- Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck -- missed out on their moment, as none of the women showed up Aug. 30,  the night they won the best host award at the 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, California.

Supposed they threw an award show and no one showed up?

Well, that wasn't quite the case at Sunday evening's 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, California, but after years of Susan Lucci-esque snubs, the The View's fabulous five -- Barbara Walters, Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd and Elisabeth Hasselbeck -- missed out on their moment, as none of the women showed up on the night they won the best host award.

A wedding ring worn by Ryan O'Neal at Farrah Fawcett's funeral Tuesday leaves lingering questions as to if the Love Story star actually married his longtime love prior to her death last week.

Just days prior to her death, O'Neal, 68, told Barbara Walters that he had asked his dying love to marry her and she agreed. He said that even if the then near-death Fawcett couldn't speak, she would have nodded in approval.

Celeb Fashion Reruns: "The Rules" According To Star Stylist Phillip Bloch

DNP Random Things

Dressgate starring Barbara Walters, this week's fashion scandal surrounding the media queen's choice to wear the same look multiple times in a week made headlines and  even earned the opening spot on The View.

Barbara is not alone, however, and stylist to the stars Phillip Bloch spoke with RadarOnline.com about fashion repeats and the rules stars should abide by!

In regards to Barbara's choices, Bloch, the fashion savvy genius behind Halle Berry and other A-listers award winning styles tells us, "That is just really weird! It is kind of a little disrespectful."

"I believe that as a celebrity you have a certain image to maintain.  To wear the same dress to two highly publicized events in a week is odd, don't scream when you can whisper."

Likewise Hushi Mortezaie, creative director of Trash & Luxury, says "Regardless of fame, I would say twice is the maximum for statement dressing. Some looks are so memorable and amazing that it's essential to bring them back. Basics are irrelevant in this case - you can wear them over and over."  (Continue)

DressGate: Walters Explains Fashion Hat Trick, Cries Recessionista!

Posted on May 12, 2009 @ 11:59AM - Add a comment

On Monday morning, we were the first to point out Barbara Walters' political and style taboos by wearing the same outfit -- a quaint black dress with garish embellishments -- at two high-profile events in a week. And both in the presence of the First Lady Michelle Obama.

Well, things always come in threes and when Barbara Walters hit the red-carpet Monday night for an event at Lincoln Center, take a guess what she wore?

Barbara took to her platform The View this morning to confront the media frenzy surrounding her sartorial selection.

"So beit" Walters said, "the cha-cha in me, I wore the same dress again last night!"

"We've got a bad economy. What, I'm going to buy a new dress for every [occasion]?"

Check out the clip above.

Co-host Sherri Shepherd even chimed, saying "we are in a reccession, you are doing your part."

No word, though, on whether or not the dress was washed!
