As if Jesse James didn’t have enough problems. On Tuesday, he and his company Payupsucker Productions, filed suit in Los Angeles against Viewpartner Corporation and Alex Varones for breach of contract and several other counts, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The dispute goes back to 2008 when Sandra Bullock’s estranged husband participated in the famed Baja 500 race and then discovered that Viewpartner Corp was using footage of him in sales presentations of their streaming video products. The company also implied that Jesse endorsed those products.

Jesse’s attorneys later negotiated a payment in the amount of $155,000 for Jesse. But Viewpartner never paid up, Jesse says in his lawsuit.
He wants his money, and he wants it now!
