The What A Girl Wants star sported sunglasses and kept her head low with one hand partly covering her face while she left the station — wearing the same outfit she'd been out in Thursday night, obviously.

Russell Brand turned himself in to the New Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office on Thursday afternoon and RadarOnline.com has the mug shot.

Brand, 36, had an arrest warrant issued late Wednesday night after the Get Him To The Greek star snagged a paparazzo's iPhone and threw it through the window of a downtown law firm building on Monday.

Brand was booked in the Big Easy at 3:12 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of Simple Criminal Damage to Property.

"Russell's bail amount hasn't been set yet," the Public Information Officer at the Sheriff's office told RadarOnline.com.

A former doctor who admitted to stalking Shania Twain has been denied bail.

Dr. Giovanni Palumbo - who interrupted the country singer's video testimony at his trial in September to declare he would plead guilty - has had his request to be freed until his next court date on November 15 "quite reluctantly" denied by Justice Richard Schneider.

Palumbo was outraged by the decision and launched into another outburst after swearing under his breath.

He said: "You know you're all very sick, you really are - it's so sad. Have fun, because I'm going to keep having fun, wherever I am. ... What a bunch of psychopaths. Woo hoo.

Wikileaks founder Julian Assange can indeed be extradited to Sweden, where two women have accused him of rape and sexual molestation, Judge Howard Riddle ruled Thursday in a hearing in London, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Riddle said the warrant issued toward Assange by Swedish officials was properly issued, saying "there is simply no reason to believe there has been a mistake."

Assange was front in center in the court, clad in a blue suit and red tie, for the hearing to determine whether he’d be extradited to Sweden, where two women have accused him of sexual misconduct.

Assange lawyer Geoffrey Robertson argued that his client's extradition to Sweden would be "a flagrant denial of justice... blatantly unfair, not only by British standards but by European standards and indeed by international standards.
