Colin Farrell and his girlfriend Alicja Bachleda became parents to son Henry on October 7, his spokeswoman confirmed. The pair met on a movie set less than a year ago.
The Miami Vice star has another son from a previous relationship.
The film will be out early next year.

Elisabeth Hasselback, back on The View after a two-month sabbatical tending to her newborn son Isaiah, shared a funny story with her TV colleagues upon her return Monday.
Hasselback said upon seeing Isaiah make his first smile, she reached for an iPhone, snapped a shot an sent it out to an e-mail list of friends and loved ones -- big mistake.
"No wonder why he is smiling," she said, "because my nipple is in the photo!"
"It's worse than drunk dialing," the 32-year-old, conservative mom-of-three said. "It's embarrassing."
Hey, at least she didn't Tweet everyone the good news.

Jim Carrey's rocker daughter Jane Carrey is expecting her first baby and her dad is thrilled, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. "I am very excited," Jim, 47, said. "Jane is going to be a great mom."
Jane, 21, fronts her own rock group, the Jane Carrey Band. The papa-to-be is Jane's long-time boyfriend Alex Santana, who goes by the stage name "Nitro" with his rock band, Blood Money.
"Jane is ecstatic," a source told RadarOnline.com. "She and Alex are now engaged and are thrilled at becoming parents."
Jane's mother is Jim's first wife, Melissa Womer. Jim has been dating Jenny McCarthy for several years.

Congratulations, Kelly Rutherford! The actress has given birth to a baby girl, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
The Gossip Girl star's second child was born at 10 p.m. Monday, via natural childbirth, in Los Angeles. She joins 2-year-old brother Hermes.
RadarOnline.com has learned that the father of both children, and Kelly's soon-to-be ex, Daniel Giersch was not present for the occasion.
Rutherford filed for divorce from businessman Giersch just before the new year, noting "irreconcilable differences."

Josh Holloway and wife Yessica welcomed a daughter on April 9 in Oahu, People.com is reporting. They named their baby girl Java Kumala Holloway.
"Everyone's happy and healthy" a source tells People. This is the first child for the couple, who have been married since 2004.

With a new child on the way, who needs a model boy toy hanging around? Madonna recently made her single status public (and her dumping of model boyfriend Jesus Luz known) via her manager Guy Oseary’s Twitter.
After one fan posted the message “hello madonna honey am glad you are single again - you made your best music as a single woman! yeehaw!”, the pop star countered: “NOT AS GLAD AS I AM! M……….” Madonna was answering questions and compliments for fans during her ten minute cameo on the site.

It was only a matter of time that a new Katie Holmes rumor made its rounds. After weeks of tabloid speculation about her weight, a magazine reported on Wednesday that the actress is expecting her second child. A rep for the actress tells RadarOnline.com that the story is completely false.
“There’s no truth to that story,” her rep confirms.
The report quoted a family friend saying Holmes and husband Tom Cruise were “deliriously happy that Suri will be a big sister” and have only shared the news with a small group of family and friends. According to the magazine, Holmes is waiting until at least she is three months pregnant before going public with the pregnancy.
The actress has been busy filming The Extra Man in New York.

It seems like everything is water under the bridge for Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen.
Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller Sheen welcomed twin boys Bob and Max into the world over the weekend. Richards says her daughters with sheen- Sam and Lola- are “really excited” about their new brothers.
“They can’t wait to see them,” she told Entertainment Tonight.
Sheen also has another daughter named Cassandra from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt.
