Lohan’s ex-wife, Dina Lohan, is reportedly trying to throw him in jail over the release of the calls -- which she claims were made while a protection order was in place forbidding him to talk to her.

Dina says the protection was obtained in Nassau County, New York, back in 2005, which banned Michael from communicating with her by email or phone until 2011.
