Brooke Mueller formally pleaded guilty Monday to cocaine possession in an Aspen, Colorado courtroom, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

Mueller was arrested last December for cocaine possession and assault after allegedly getting into an altercation with a female at an Aspen nightclub.

The Aspen County District Attorney tells RadarOnline.com exclusively there hasn't been any plea deal discussed in Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller's drug case, and that there’s a motion to continue her arraignment again.

"No deal has been discussed," Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "A motion to continue the arraignment to March 5 was filed." (Brooke's attorney filed the motion.)

Mueller's upcoming arraignment on cocaine possession charges, will likely be continued again, as the mother of two is still undergoing treatment.

Brooke Mueller's arraignment for felony possession of cocaine in Aspen, Colorado, which had been scheduled for Monday, December 19, has been continued until after the New Year, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife was arrested on December 2 after allegedly assaulting another woman in an Aspen nightclub. Cops claim they found Mueller with cocaine in her possession.

"Defendant’s motion to continue her appearance on December 19th, was granted.  Per the Order from Judge Nichols, she is to appear next on January 23, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.  Defendant was ordered to be personally present at that time," Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told RadarOnline.com in a statement.

UPDATE: Brooke's rep announced Tuesday that his client had entered a long-term in patient rehab treatment center “where she can focus on her recovery without distraction."

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, was arrested for cocaine possession and assault, on December 2 after getting into an alleged brawl in a nightclub in Aspen with another woman.

According to the Aspen Police department, officers were on what they described as a "routine walk through" at the popular music club, Belly Up Aspen, when they were approached by a woman who reported she'd been assaulted. The unidentified woman told the cops Brooke Mueller was the aggressor.

Only a few minutes later, officers found Brooke at Escobar, a nearby nightclub.

"Mueller was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree (class one misdemeanor) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (class four felony). Mueller posted bond of $11,000 and was released with a District Court date of December 19, 2011," the PD spokesperson tells RadarOnline.com.

"How do you help someone like Brooke?" a friend of the former reality personality says to RadarOnline.com exclusively.  "Her parents even moved to Los Angeles to take care of her and help her take care of her kids, and that didn't even help.  With this latest development, her friends are beyond caring anymore."

When contacted by Radar, Brooke's rep had "no comment" about her latest run-in with the law.

The newly engaged couple spent Christmas with Simpson's family in Encino, Ca., and the singer-turned-designer tweeted "Eric is the perfect addition to our family!
