Hollywood was buzzing Wednesday night with the grand opening of its latest hot spot, Lexington Social House, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

Mario Lopez and girlfriend Courtney Mazza mingled on the venue’s luxurious outside patio with Celebrity Apprentice star and rapper Lil Jon, who munched on fried chicken and mashed potatoes.

It was a warm and balmy night at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles, where Hollywood’s hottest starlets flocked to Lia Sophia’s preview party for the Lanaya II Collection. The designers of the celeb-coveted costume jewelry line, Elena Kiam and Dani Stahl, showed off the uber-glam collection to their gorgeous guests, which included The Hills alums Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse starlet Christian Serrratos and even Charlie Sheen’s ex Brooke Mueller!  RadarOnline.com scored an exclusive invite to the swanky event, which was truly sizzling in summer style.

Though they may not be costars anymore, as The Hills celebrated the end of an era this week, but it appears that Stephanie and Lo still consult each other before they hit the carpet.  Both gorgeous gals were dressed to yacht, in naval inspired duds that were oh-so-summery. Dancing with the Stars hottie Stacy Keibler showed off her model figure in a one-shouldered alice + olivia white mini, which she paired with nude peep-toes, sharing her excitement about a scheduled appearance at the Comic-Con convention next weekend.

Brooke Mueller looked far from stressed, making a short appearance dressed in black and white winter-worthy wear.  Perhaps Charlie’s ex should add a stylist to the payroll?
