Russell Brand has been ruffling feathers in New Orleans after he allegedly snatched an iPhone from a man and then hurled it through a window, and RadarOnline.com has exclusive details on the ongoing case.

“The officers are trying to get in touch with Mr. Brand,” Sergeant Frank Robertson, a spokesperson for the New Orleans Police Department told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview on Tuesday.
