Russell Brand turned himself in to the New Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office on Thursday afternoon and RadarOnline.com has the mug shot.

Brand, 36, had an arrest warrant issued late Wednesday night after the Get Him To The Greek star snagged a paparazzo's iPhone and threw it through the window of a downtown law firm building on Monday.

Seems like Russell Brand’s having a hard time in The Big Easy.     

Police in New Orleans late Wednesday issued a misdemeanor arrest warrant for the British funnyman, as he’s accused of throwing an iPhone belonging to photographer Timothy Jackson through the window of a downtown law firm Monday.

Actor Tom Sizemore has been arrested in Los Angeles, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Police tell RadarOnline.com the Saving Private Ryan actor, 49, was taken into custody at an apartment building near downtown L.A. around 1:15 am PT and was booked at 3 am PT for an outstanding warrant.

Authorities went to the apartment building as part of an ongoing drug investigation; Sizemore happened to be there, and when police ran his record, they found an outstanding battery warrant, and immediately took him into custody.

He’s being held on $26, 000 bail.

John Edwards appeared in a Federal Court in North Carolina on Friday, and pleaded not guilty to six felony charges including conspiracy, false statements and campaign law violations.

The two-time U.S. presidential candidate and former North Carolina senator gave a brief statement outside of the court saying: “There’s no question that I’ve done wrong and I take full responsibility for having done wrong. And I will regret for the rest of my life the pain and the harm that I have caused to others but I did not break the law and I have never, ever thought I was breaking the law.”

There was no bail set and the judge released Edwards on his own recognizance.  He must surrender his passport and is restricted to travel in the 48 contiguous states.

Real World: New Orleans cast members Jemmye Carroll and Ryan Knight were arrested on Saturday for disorderly conduct and RadarOnline.com has  exclusively learned they failed to show up at their arraignment, resulting in warrants that will be issued for both of them.

Jemmye and Ryan were to appear in front of Judge Shane Vann at the Bay County Courthouse in Florida on Wednesday, but according to the clerk the duo never showed.

“Warrants will be issued and they’ll both lose their bond,” the clerk told RadarOnline.com on Thursday.
