Brooke Mueller, the wife of actor Charlie Sheen, is being sued in Los Angeles Superior Court for not paying for services rendered to a Beverly Hills public relations firm, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Arden Silverman of Capital Asset Protection is suing the mother of two for $20,142.91 on behalf of Rogers & Cowan "for work, labor, services, and materials rendered at the special instance and request of defendant and for which defendant promised to pay Plaintiff."

Capital Asset Protection is a commercial collection agency in Calabasas, CA and was assigned the case by Rogers and Cowan in September.

In court documents Arden Silverman, who is not a lawyer but is representing himself in the case, claims the singer owes him money because: "an account was stated in writing by and between plaintiff and defendant in which it was agreed that defendant was indebted by plaintiff...for work labor, services and material rendered at the special instance and request of defendant and for which defendant promised to pay plaintiff the sum of $270,000."
