The former Miss USA who was caught with an open bottle of bubbly in her car while weaving in and out of traffic at 60 mph has escaped jail time and instead has been sentenced to six months probation.
After pleading no contest to driving while impaired last month, Rima Fakih appeared in a Highland Park, Michigan courtroom on Wednesday where Judge William McConico ordered her to report for probation immediately, reported the Detroit Free Press. She will also carry out 20 hours of community service and pay $600 in fines and costs.

Donald Trump's Miss USA pageant is looking into a stripper pole scandal that has engulfed newly crowned winner Rima Fakih on Day One of her reign. He also told RadarOnline.com that pageant officials “asked for any unreleased photos that we have. We do have a few, but we're not sending them out. When we asked if everything was ok and if it would affect her crown, they said they couldn't make a comment on that right now."
Mojo In The Morning held an event at The Coliseum gentlemen's club in Detroit in 2007 called "Stripper 101" in which Fakih was a contestant. "Rima was one of the girls that won most of the contests that day. We do a pole dancing contest, lap dance contest and booty popping contest," Mojo told RadarOnline.com Monday morning. "She won a personal stripping pole for your house and we had an adult company that gave away all kinds of toys and dirty things that make me blush."

A source close to the Miss USA pageant tells RadarOnline.com, "This is not a big deal and isn’t going to affect her crown. Miss USA Rima Fakih is a great representative of Miss USA."
But a second source close to the pageant told RadarOnline.com that officials are definitely looking into it, taking the matter seriously and looking to limit potential damage.
Mojo said that when the pageant spokesperson called his station, "They were not happy about the photos. They don't want this out there. I asked if something was wrong and they told me they couldn't comment on that and just needed to make a determination.

"Rima's a good girl. She was so incredible at the event and we don't think it should be a reflection of her Miss USA title," Mojo continued. "There are doctors and lawyers that are a part of those events we do, so we don't think the pageant should look at this in a negative way."
