The accused killer of Yale student Annie Le will be in Connecticut's New Haven Superior Court Tuesday morning for a probable cause hearing, where both the prosecutors and defense will introduce evidence and call witnesses.
Raymond Clark III, who worked as an animal lab technician at Yale, is accused of strangling Le and hiding her body in a laboratory wall at the institution.

Lab technician Raymond Clark was arrested on Thursday in the killing of Yale graduate student Annie Le and may have a history of disturbing behavior. A high school girlfriend recently came forward claiming he forced her to have sex with him when she was 16. Clark was taken into custody for the Le murder at a hotel and his bond has been set for $3 million.

The unnamed ex-girlfriend was in “total, utter shock” about Clark’s possible involvement according to her Facebook posting quoted by the New Haven Independent.

Officials are quickly moving forward in their investigation into the murder of 24-year old Yale graduate student Annie Le. Cops stormed the home of university lab technician Raymond Clark, having hauled him in handcuffs to undergo DNA testing. At 3 a.m. Wednesday morning he was released to his lawyer after supplying the requested samples. It is still unclear whether he will be charged and what his relationship with Le was beyond lab co-workers.

Clark worked in the lab Le was last seen in the morning she disappeared. Tiny drops of blood were found in the lab and investigators believe her body was then moved to another room where it was crammed down a 2-foot-long cable-wire shaft. Clark was taken away from the apartment he shares with his fiance and a car supposedly belonging to him was towed.

A friend of Annie Le, the 24-year-old Yale University graduate student/ bride-to-be -- whose body police believe they recovered on Sunday, the same day she was slated to be married -- said that Le's killer may be "a psychopath, an antisocial person."
"I had a very tough time when I looked into the Internet and see what happened, to read it," Le's friend, Vanessa Flores, told ABC News of hearing a body was recovered believed to be Le's from a Yale building. "OK, I felt like the this was the real thing ... this was, this, this -- it was her. It was very difficult."
