As Joran van der Sloot faces 28 years in prison for murder, the woman who has been paying his legal bills is fighting a battle of her own as she embarks in a bitter stand-off with the convicted killer's lawyer, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

Mary Hamer, who has described herself as van der Sloot's "guardian angel," claims that his Pervuian attorney Jose Luis Jimenez has swindled $75,000 from her that he said was going towards the Dutchman's bail.

When contacted for comment, Jimenez insisted the matter was merely a misunderstanding, and that he has returned the money (minus fees) back to Hamer — however, as of posting she claims to still have not received a penny.

The attorney for accused killer Joran van der Sloot -- implicated in both the murder of Stephany Ramirez Flores and the disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway -- exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that he's planning to sue a Dutch magazine that published a story that the jailed Dutchman stabbed three fellow inmates in Lima, Peru.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, according to the Dutch magazine Panorama, van der Sloot's stabbings left one of the victims in need of emergency medical care.

As if Joran van der Sloot wasn't in enough trouble.

The 23-year-old van der Sloot, currently in a Peruvian prison on accusations he killed a 21-year-old woman last May, has stabbed three other inmates  while in custody, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the Dutch magazine Panorama, the playboy-turned-prisoner's stabbings left one of the victims in need of emergency medical care.

Authorities are testing a jaw bone found on a beach in Aruba, RadarOnline.com has learned, to see if any DNA or dental records match up with that of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, who vanished on the Caribbean island five years ago.

The bone was found Friday by tourists, who took it to the front desk of the nearby Phoenix Hotel, who subsequently forwarded it to authorities, according to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.

Netherlands National Forensic Institute spokeswoman Inge Oevering told CNN, "The prosecutor's office of Aruba sent us some bone material," adding the testing process traditionally takes a week to complete.

In a scene reminiscent of HBO's Oz, a shirtless and imprisoned Joran van der Sloot is seen haggling with a drug dealer in a video obtained by CNN affiliate America TV, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In the clip, which was shot in August, Van der Sloot is standing around his protective custody cell, when the dealer asks him if he'd be interested in buying pot.

The vendor said, "I have marijuana, are you buying? Oe, Oe, Oe gringo! Gringo Van der Sloot," to which van der Sloot replied, "Can you sell it to me for five soles?"

Van der Sloot's lawyer Maximo Altez told In Session the incident was "staged" and that he's "asked the National Correctional Institute to conduct an investigation" in connection with the exchange.

Beth Holloway Twitty and a Dutch TV crew Wednesday visited Castro Castro, the prison where van der Sloot's being held in connection with accusations he killed Stephany Ramirez Flores, a 21-year-old Peruvian woman.

Joran van der Sloot told a Dutch TV station he's sorry "for everything that's happened since 2005, for all the things said in the media and everything [he feels] guilty for" in an interview that aired Tuesday, in which the accused killer appeared humble and sorrowful -- but coyly stopped short of saying anything related to his upcoming trial.
