It was the most glam-packed night so far of the Cannes Film Festival, as Hollywood’s hottest stars swarmed the red carpet of the amfAR Cinema Against Aids Gala on Thursday night, dressed in the most expensive designer duds, and RadarOnline.com has all the winner and sinners in a special photo feature!

Diane Kruger opted for something short and sweet, looking white hot and Chanel chic in aflirty frock, while Kim Kardashian finally found a dress of her own! After donning three recycled red carpet looks in seven days, the reality star stunned in a demure, yellow Elie Saab gown that showed off her assets without going over the top.

The gorgeous rock star is in the middle of a couture crisis.  The gown she wore to last week’s amfAR gala at Cannes and then auctioned off for charity is in the middle of a high fashion he said-she said.

The lacy black dress she wore on a L’Oreal photo shoot earlier in the day went for $125,000 at the amfAR ball, and was billed as “a creation of her own, by L.A.M.B.”  But now Michael Angel has stepped forward to claim ownership.

This year's Cinema Against AIDS Gala benefiting amfAR was the most successful ever, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The strictly A-List formal ball was held during the Cannes Film Festival at the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc. Janet Jackson, Goldie Hawn, Gwen Stefani and Uma Thurman were among the celebs in attendance.

Presented by Bold Films, the Weinstein Company and Chopard, the event raised an astounding $10 million for the fights against AIDS.

A signed, dated Andy Warhol lithograph of the late Elizabeth Taylor, co-founder of amfAR, went for $580,000.

"It was a fantastic night with record-breaking numbers," said event co-chair Harvey Weinstein.

"Elizabeth Taylor would have been very proud. Everyone was so incredibly generous - the actors, models, public figures and of course the people who bid.  It was an evening I'll never forget."

Elizabeth Taylor is back in the hospital, being treated for congestive heart failure, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.

The legendary Hollywood star was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center several days ago, causing her to miss the annual AmFAR fundraiser where she was honored.

"Her family and close friends are appreciative of the warm support and interest of her loyal fans," Taylor's rep Sally Morrison said in a statement.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Taylor, 78, had a conversation with Kim Kardashian for the new issue of Harper's Bazaar.  Taylor joked that she never planned to "acquire a lot of jewels or a lot of husbands," although she certainly did both.
