Just because it was Halloween weekend, it doesn’t mean that Hollywood’s hottest stars weren’t dressed to rock and shock in the best, worst and wackiest designer duds! RadarOnline.com has all the photos from the red carpet to the streets, of all the style winners and sinners of the weekend.

Nikki Reed seems to be wearing her newlywed bliss well!  The blushing bride continued her Breaking Dawn style streak at the Rome International Film Festival, scoring two best dressed looks.  Mrs. Paul McDonald hit a photocall rocking an embellished Alice by Temperley dress with open-toed Casadei ankle boots, changing into a Grecian gorgeous Maria Lucia Hohan gown for the premiere later that evening!  Well done, Nik!

Sharon Stone is one of the hottest 50 + year-olds in town, but she wasn’t living up to her sexy status during a Beverly Hills grocery run.  Wearing sloppy black duds with lace-up combat boots, the Basic Instinct star was far from casually chic.

And it doesn’t have to be Halloween for Dude to look like a lady!  Steven Tyler showed off his manicured and polished hands while wearing disastrous duds, and impressive black eye, on the city streets.

Kate Middleton was by far the most talked-about trendsetter during her visit to Tinseltown. The Duchess of Cambridge was dressed to impressed throughout her stateside stay, but her best look of all was at the BAFTA Brits To Watch event, when she hit the red carpet in a gorgeous, lavender Alexander McQueen gown. Blake Lively was also dressed in Gossip-worthy getup, looking angelic in a Marchesa gown, while JLo looked too sexy for the royals in a cutout Emilio Pucci number.

From the red carpet of one of this summer's hottest movie premieres to the streets of NYC, Hollywood¹s hottest stars were dressed to rock and shock on Monday ­ and RadarOnline.com has all the photos.

Emma Watson continued her spellbinding Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 style streak in NYC.  First, the 21-year-old Brit made an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman, dazzling in a Balmain mini and Christian Louboutin wedges.  Later in the day, she changed into a Bottega Veneta corseted gown, Giuseppe Zanotti platforms and Lorraine Schwartz jewels to walk the red carpet at the premiere.
