Her former boss and love interest James Duffy told Star exclusively that he’s witnessed the 20-year-old Oak Island, North Carolina native take a plethora of illegal substances, despite the fact that she is currently on probation for possession of drug paraphernalia and has been ordered to stay clean.

The 49-year-old actress has been struggling with anorexia and taking the prescription pills Adderall leading up to her seizure on January 23. 

However, despite pressure from those around her to seek help for her problems, and the statement that her rep released saying she was doing so, Demi is pushing back at friends.

Rumer Willis is trying to maintain a sense of normalcy after her mother's scary ordeal last week.

The 23-year-old aspiring actress was spotted running errands on Monday just one week after a frantic 9-1-1 call was made from her mom Demi Moore's home saying that she had "smoked something" and was "having convulsions."

Demi, 49, was rushed to the hospital and is going to seek treatment for her anorexia among other issues, but she has not been spotted since her hospital stay.

Ashton Kutcher arrived back in Los Angeles Thursday night after partying in Brazil while his estranged wife Demi Moore battles to regain her health.

Kutcher, 33, was photographed leaving LAX Airport with friends. He did not answer repeated questions shouted at him by paparazzi.

RadarOnline.com has previously reported the Two and a Half Men star was out of the country while Moore was hospitalized after she collapsed after having a seizure.

Demi Moore will be seeking treatment for anorexia and her substance abuse addictions, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Adderall is the prescription drugs that she uses.

“Demi has been taking Adderall and drinking energy drinks and starving herself and those are some of the serious causes that led her to collapse on Monday night,” a source close to the actress said.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Demi had an epileptic seizure before being rushed to the hospital and she is currently seeking treatment for anorexia.

Lindsay Lohan has had a rough time lately, from getting booted out of her community service to showing off stained and rotten teeth, the young actress is frightening the people close to her -- especially her father.

Michael Lohan exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he is gravely concerned about his 25-year-old daughter and believes she needs to enter a long term rehab center immediately.

"I want Lindsay to go into rehab for a year. She needs long term care," Michael said about his oldest daughter. "Between pictures of her with bad people and her teeth, it is quite evident that her problems have not been addressed or conquered."

Lindsay Lohan was taking a powerful cocktail of amphetamines and the powerful painkiller Dilaudid during her probation period, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The shocking list is contained in the 24-year-old's probation report, which was given to a Beverly Hills court Tuesday.

It is expected to be released publicly Wednesday.
