As RadarOnline.com first reported, Michael Jackson's personal physician Dr. Conrad Murray returned to work Monday in Houston Texas.

And not everyone is thrilled with the doctor returning to his practice, in an exclusive interview Katherine Jackson's attorney, Adam Streisand, told RadarOnline.com that Murray belongs in a courtroom not an exam room.

On Sunday Streisand said, "I am shocked and outraged and hope the Los Angeles District Attorney will prosecute Dr. Murray and prevent him from seeing any patient ever again."

Dr. Conrad Murray is re-opening his medical practice in Houston on Monday and Katherine Jackson's attorney issued an angry statement to RadarOnline.com, saying the doc belongs in a courtroom, not an exam room.
"I am shocked and outraged and hope the Los Angeles District Attorney will prosecute Dr. Murray and prevent him from seeing any patient ever again," attorney Adam Streisand told RadarOnline.com. Streisand is one of Katherine's lawyers.

Dr. Murray is still under investigation in the death of Michael Jackson and multiple sources have confirmed he gave the singer Propofol, a powerful anesthetic not meant for use outside of a hospital.

RadarOnline.com was first to report on Sunday that Dr. Murray made an emotional plea to his church's congregation, asking them to pray for him.
Dr. Murray walked up to the pulpit at Houston's Galilee Missionary Baptist Church on Sunday morning and asked for their support.

Miranda Sezcik, spokesperson for Murray's attorney Edward Chernoff, told RadarOnline.com: "There wasn't a dry eye in the church."
Judge Denies Joe Jackson Says He Has “No Interest In The Estate”

In court Tuesday Judge Mitchell Beckloff denied Joe Jackson's motion to contest the will or the executors, saying, "Joe Jackson doesn't have any interest in the estate, Michael Jackson didn't name him in the will or the trust."

Judge Beckloff said Joe Jackson could proceed with his allowance petition, and that is the only claim Joe Jackson has in regards to the estate. Family allowance motion for Joe Jackson will be heard on December 10th.
Joe’s attorney Brian Oxman told the judge," The executors discriminated against my client by not giving him an allowance and giving one to Katherine Jackson."

Oxman is contesting the will and the executors of the estate.

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Adam Streisand says, "Katherine Jackson wants the fighting to end, and end now. She wants to make money for the estate."
Judge Beckloff asked Oxman why they were objecting at this time. Oxman said that Katherine Jackson had reneged on a deal she made to the Jackson family to contest the executors and that is why Joe was taking this action. Oxman said, "Mrs. Jackson has reached some sort of deal with the estate, some backdoor deal."

Howard Weitzman, attorney for the executors and Adam Streisand said this was absolutely not true. Legal powerhouse attorney Howard Weitzman said, "Mr. Oxman doesn't have a clue. There was no deal or settlement between the estate and Katherine Jackson. Katherine Jackson did the right thing by dropping her objections. The estate can now proceed with business of the estate." Streisand said Katherine Jackson didn't object to Joe Jackson’s request to receive an allowance.

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Adam Streisand told the court Tuesday that his client has no problem with her late son’s funeral expenses being revealed to the public and that she thinks it’s time for the fighting to end. He said that Katherine no longer contests Branca and McClain as executors of the estate and that she wishes to work with them to preserve the legacy of Michael.

Streisand also took the time to slam Joe Jackson, saying that “he (Joe) clearly has no standing” to contest the will or Estate as he is not an heir, nor a named executor.

And what would a Michael Jackson court case be without a little crazy added to the mix? Billie Jean Jackson, the woman who claims to have been Michael’s secret lover and mother to his children just had to say her piece, she objected in open court to Joe Jackson contesting the will.
