Kate Middleton is spending Valentine’s Day without her husband, but she certainly isn’t alone. 

The Duchess of Cambridge, 30, visited a few charities in Liverpool, including The Brink, the alcohol-free bar run by Action on Addiction, the Alder Hey Children’s hospital and the Ronald McDonald house and RadarOnline.com has the photos of her day where hundreds of fans greeted her with flowers on Valentine’s day.
