Erykah Badu, the Queen of Neo-Soul and a noted Vegan for more than 20 years, has found a new sweet treat to savor: Wheelers Frozen Desserts' vegan ice cream.
“I love this ice cream,” she said. “I can’t wait to make it at home.”
And now she can: the culinary mastermind behind the treats, chef/author Wheeler del Torro -- think of him as the vegan Willy Wonka -- has released a book called The Vegan Scoop.
