It’s not just Oprah Winfrey who is leaving day time television – Tyra Banks is quitting The Tyra Show.
“This will be the last season of The Tyra Show,” Banks told People.

“I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years,” Banks told the magazine.

Tyra Banks Tuesday will take the stage of the season premier of the fifth-season of her self-titled talk show with no wigs, extensions, sew-ins, fusion weaves or micro-braids, as part of a movement she is spearheading to help women's self-esteem by redefining what is beautiful.

"It's just me coming straight out of the shower with wet hair. My hairdresser's going to do my hair live on stage," Banks, who will interview women insecure about their own coifs, said. Banks said she will "ask them to be brave enough to show it to everybody on national television," as she will be doing.
"I feel like it's my calling to open up stereotypes of beauty," the 35-year-old beauty said.
The Tyra Show airs on the CW network weekdays, check local listings for times.
