Teresa Giudice is finally taking some responsibility for her behavior and apologizing to her browbeaten New Jersey castmates — and in true reality star fashion, she's doing it in a weekly magazine!

The 39-year-old claims to have experienced somewhat of an epiphany after competing on Celebrity Apprentice recently and being "exposed to people with real problems."

Los Angeles Galaxy hunk David Beckham has filed an appeal in his $25 million dollar lawsuit against a magazine publisher and a Bosnian hooker, which was tossed out last year, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Beckham’s lawsuit was dismissed in a California federal court, after the judge determined that In Touch Weekly's article titled David's Dangerous Betrayal, published on October 4, 2010, was in the public interest, and wasn't libelous.

David Beckham is being sued by Bauer Publishing over their legal costs stemming from a defamation lawsuit that the Los Angeles Galaxy star filed against In Touch Weekly claiming he had sex with a hooker.

On February 14, Judge Manuel Real dismissed Beckham's lawsuit against the publisher of the magazine, and now Bauer is seeking to recoup costs associated with the legal battle and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the documents.

David Beckham is being sued by Bauer Publishing over their legal costs stemming from a defamation lawsuit that the Los Angeles Galaxy star filed against In Touch Weekly claiming he had sex with a hooker.

Bauer is seeking "an order compelling plaintiff David V. Beckham to reimburse Bauer for the attorney's fees and costs that it has incurred to defend against his meritless claims and to prepare this fee motion. This amount will include $256,386.95 in attorney's fees, $15,506.61 of computerized legal research and $7,712.97 in costs," the court documents state.
