Police in Oklahoma City have issued an arrest warrant for David Allen Tyner in connection with the house fire and shooting that claimed the life of pregnant prostitute and HBO Cathouse star Brooke Phillips.

Radar Online.com revealed that an eyewitness inside the house at the time of the shooting had identified Tyner, 28, as a suspect in the incident that also claimed three other victims.
