In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Seidlin who oversaw the custody trial for Smith's body and is penning the book The Killing Of Anna Nicole Smith, says he is not surprised at the outcome, but believes Stern is shocked.

Judge Larry Seidlin, who oversaw the custody trial for Anna Nicole Smith’s body following her death, has written a new book about the tragic star’s death.
He spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com about her enabling entourage, his feeling about her will, and his call for justice.

Although he said he would never talk about the case outside of the courtroom, Seidlin decided to write the book, The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith, because he felt “justice required” him to open up, especially about Anna’s destructive inner circle including lawyer and partner Howard K. Stern.
