Some might call it a Christmas miracle. Christopher Tierney was back up on his feet, just five days after taking a 30-ft fall during a production of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark.
The stunt actor is still in his hospital's Intensive Care Unit but his father Tim Tierney says Christopher is anxious to return to the role despite injuries that had some worried he'd spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair.

Rob Pattinson was one of the myriad of celebrities appealing for help for Haiti on Friday on George Clooney's star studded Hope For Haiti Telethon.

The London part of the telethon was held at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden. Pattinson was joined by Rihanna, Beyonce, Jay Z, Chris Martin, Bono and The Edge, who all performed.

The Twilight hunk was sporting a sexy scruffy new beard, earlier on in the evening he had implored viewers to "help Haiti get back on it's feet" during the moving money raising event.

Adding to the star power in London, Beyonce looked very glam and stylish in black leggings and a black and silver leather jacket.
Rihanna looked very fashionable as she turned up for the charity gig in a gray top and a large scarf.

Bono and The Edge went out for dinner near by at the Covent Garden hotel after practicing before the main event later in the evening and were more than happy meeting all their fans in London.
Chris Martin was also spotted leaving the event alone with his hood up and scarf on after Gwyneth Paltrow turned up to also get involved in the telethon.

Multi-millionaire U2 guitarist The Edge’s plans to build five new mountainside homes in Malibu have got a star-studded enclave seething with anger.
The guitarist - real name David Evans – claims that the homes will be “environmentally friendly” but locals at the exclusive Serra Retreat neighborhood like Kelsey Grammer, Dick Van Dyke and James Cameron, are opposed to the development.
