She’s not going to be tying the knot any time soon but she certainly isn’t letting that get her down!

The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco announced her engagement to JoshLazieResnik in October but she exclusively told Entertainment Tonight that the relationship is over.

When asked if footage of her co-star Kunal Nayyar’s wedding inspired her for her own nuptials, she replied, “I’m not engaged anymore, so no.”

Charlie Sheen made a surprise appearance at the 63rd Annual Emmy Awards on Sunday night, giving a heartfelt message to his former cast and crew of Two and a Half Men.

"Before I present Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, my old category, I want to take a moment to get something off my chest and say a few words to everybody here from Two and a Half Men," Charlie said.

"From the bottom of my heart, I wish you nothing but the best for this upcoming season. We spent eight wonderful years together and I know you will continue to make great television."

Warner Bros. Television sent Charlie Sheen’s lawyer a termination letter in which the studio said the former Two and a Half Men star “engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill.”

Warner Bros. Television sent Charlie Sheen’s lawyer a termination letter in which the studio said the former Two and a Half Men star “engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill.”

The 11 page letter, which was sent to attorney Marty Singer, said: "There is ample evidence supporting Warner Bros. reasonable good faith opinion that Mr. Sheen has committed felony offenses involving moral turpitude (including but not limited to furnishing of cocaine to others as part of the self-destructive lifestyle he has described publicly) that have 'interfere[d] with his ability to fully and completely render all material services required' under the agreement."

“Mr. Sheen’s erratic behavior escalated while his condition deteriorated,” the letter continues.

Charlie Sheen’s lawyer has told RadarOnline.com the embattled Hollywood actor intends to file a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Television and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre after their stunning decision to fire him.

Powerhouse Hollywood attorney Marty Singer declared: “Warner Bros. position is ridiculous.”

Charlie Sheen’s lawyer has told RadarOnline.com the embattled Hollywood actor intends to file a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Television and Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre after their stunning decision to fire him.

Singer was delivered a termination letter shortly before 2pm PST on Monday in which Warner Bros. said its $2 million-an-episode star “engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill.”

Responding to those claims, a defiant Singer said: “We will proceed with our claims against Chuck Lorre and Warner Bros. Nothing has changed in terms of that.”

Glee might have gone into the 2010 Emmys with a leading 19 nominations, but it was rookie rival Modern Family that emerged with the trophy that counts the most -- the coveted best comedy series.

Mad Men, meanwhile, marked its third consecutive win in the best TV drama series category.

"It was completely unexpected,” star Jon Hamm said backstage.
