Hollywood A-lister Ashton Kutcher's search for a right hand man continues!

As the president of Pop Culture for the snack company Pop Chips, Ashton is still hunting for his Vice President and RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to front runner Bachelor winner Jesse Csinacak who is head to head with Ex-Porn star Simon Rex.

"This is truly a dream job for me and with the help of some of my Bachelor family, I've been able to stay in the lead of this competition," Jesse told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Mega movie star Ashton Kutcher, the President of Pop Culture for the snack company “popchips,” is searching for a right hand man to be his Vice President!

Search no longer, Ashton - RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to Bachelor winner Jesse Csincsak who told us he is definitely the right man for the job!

“I know I would be perfect for the job,” professional snowboarder/reality TV star Jesse told RadarOnline.com.

“With the newest bachelor baby ‘popping’ out on February 2nd, any dad would be in much need of a lifetime supply of diapers... and this job pays $50,000 - not a bad start!”

Despite fans' lukewarm reaction to Bachelor Pad, ABC is about to begin casting a second season of The Bachelor spin-off, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“If you’re on the invite, then you’re in the running to become a contestant on Bachelor Pad,” a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com.

Next Entertainment, the production company that owns the show, blasted invitations to the sexiest and most popular cast members of previous Bachelor and Bachelorette seasons. The invite promises an open bar, suggests cocktail attire, and is an on-camera event.

“Sixty-five previous contestants have already responded and are going to the New York event on January 30.  Similar casting parties will follow in Los Angeles and Chicago,” our source explained.

“Everyone has to sign a waiver of release so they can be on camera and they plan to air the footage in the current season of The Women Tell All.

“The producers are trying to pick their characters and come up with the cryer, the drunk and the angry contestant,” said our source.

Lucky Bachelor Pad winners Dave Good and Natalie Getz won the $250,000 prize in the first season of the show -  a season with cast mates who took their “no holds barred’ attitude to the Pad with plenty of drama, tears and bed hopping.

“I’m sure they will be shooting in the Spring again although there are no definite dates.”

The pair, who split the cash prize of $250,000 when they were crowned winners of the first season of ABC's hit dating game show, were adorable even at a young age, as our exclusive RadarOnline.com photos reveal.

In one of our childhood shots, Dave can be seen, at the tender age of two, already revealing his winning smile, sporting a cowboy hat and dashing topsiders while riding a play horse.

After a stint on The Bachelorette and The Bachelor Pad, Jonathan ‘The Weatherman’ Novak landed himself a role as the understudy on Skating with The Stars, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned. In an interview with the reality star, he reveals how he landed the part and what it took to prepare for a job he would never come to experience.

“When they asked me to do it, my first thought was ‘awesome’,” Jonathan explained.

“I really loved the idea even though the last time I skated was 15 years ago and I broke my wrist.”

Jonathan knew taking the job could be dangerous. He explained that in the UK version of the show Dancing On Ice, there has been an injury every season, so America’s version was prepared and planned ahead with an understudy.

“I figured if no one was injured on the ice, at least Vince Neil might get alcohol poisoning and they’d need me,” Jonathan laughed.

Each contestant trains long hours to get in shape, learn their moves, and prepare a routine. Jonathan followed the same preparation as all performers without the pay off.

“My trainer, Melissa Gregory really whipped me into shape. I was practicing 5 to 6 days a week, 3 to 4 hours a day. My feet got so blistered. You have to get past the pain and actually break in your feet.”

“When I was at the premiere of Skating With The Stars, on the edge of the ice watching, and I couldn’t help but picture my routine out there.

“It was tough because as much I wanted the opportunity, I didn’t  want anyone to get hurt.”

“It was disappointing to work so hard and not actually do the show but I feel lucky to have trained with an amazing Olympic medalist and coach and learn a new sport.

“If they asked me to do it again next season, I wouldn’t hesitate.”

Bethenny Frankel, Jonny Moseley and Rebecca Budig have made it through to the semi-finals of the competition.  Skating with the Stars airs Monday at 8 pm on ABC.
