Another Hollywood marriage bites the dust.
Actress Penelope Ann Miller -- who’s been enjoying a career resurgence, thanks to her role in The Artist -- is splitting from her husband of nearly 12 years.
Miller, 48, filed for legal separation on March 14 from James Huggins, citing irreconcilable differences, according to docs filed in the L.A. Superior Court.

The couple -- who married in 2000 -- has two children together, Eloisa, 11, and Maria, 2-and-a-half. Miller is seeking sole legal and physical custody of their children, with Huggins receiving child visitation rights.
Miller was previously married to Up All Night star Will Arnett, although they filed for divorce after less than a month of marriage.
