We've got a brand new trailer for the upcoming summer blockbuster The Amazing Spider-Man – and in a word – it’s AWESOME!

In this latest action-packed trailer, we get an extended look at the American/English actor Andrew Garfield in the lead role; Emma Stone as his love interest, Gwen Stacy; and the nemesis Spidey will be webbing it out with, Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard (played by Rhys Ifans).

Here's something to stir those Spidey senses.

We've got a new trailer for the upcoming summer blockbuster The Amazing Spider-Man, featuring a sequence of action shots sure to make fans marvel with delight.

In the new spot, we get an extended look at the American/English actor Andrew Garfield in the lead role; Emma Stone as his love interest, Gwen Stacy; and the nemesis Spidey will be webbing it out with, Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard (played by Rhys Ifans).

Emma Stone and boyfriend Andrew Garfield were caught by the cameras sharing a kiss in New York City and RadarOnline.com has the photos of the couple getting cozy.

Emma, 23, and Andrew, 28, did some shopping at Parke and Ronen on Sunday before heading to Tipsy Parson to grab some food.

The twosome met in December 2010 on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man as co-stars, but sparks flew and they have been dating since last spring.

Andrew became a household name after starring in The Social Network with Justin Timberlake and Emma has starred in big-time movies like Easy A and The Help.

Emma Stone proved that pretty girls can be funny too when she hosted the latest edition of Saturday Night Live.

The Help star, who is also the leading lady in next summer's The Amazing Spider-Man, was especially good in a skit with the great Bill Hader recreating his Herb Welch character.

Herb is an aging newsman who has a tendency to smack his interview subjects in the face with his microphone, and Emma plays one of his unfortunate victims.

Rhys Ifans, best known for playing the villainous Lizard in The Amazing Spider-Man will not be charged with suspicion of misdemeanor battery in connection with his pushing a female guard at Comic-Con.

Gina Coburn, a spokeswoman for the San Diego Office of the City Attorney tells TheWrap.com, "After reviewing differing witness accounts, our prosecutors concluded there was not sufficient evidence to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt."

Police claimed the actor smelled of alcohol and became enraged on July 22 when authorities at Comic-Con refused to admit his friend due to lack of credentials. Ifans, who was on his way to The Amazing Spider-Man panel, was accused of pushing the guard in an effort to get through, and the guard made a citizens arrest.

Lindsay Lohan could be back before the cameras by late summer, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The Mean Girls star has committed to star in Escaping the Game, a drama to be shot in the U.S. and Spain.

The contracts have not yet been signed, producer Nathan Folks tells RadarOnline.com exclusively but he's optimistic Lindsay will not be going to jail and they can get the deal done in the next several weeks.

"She wants to do it," Folks, who calls Lindsay a good friend, tells us.

The plot line for Escaping the Game seems right up Lindsay's alley. "It's about celebs who become very famous and can't take it," Folks explains.  Several fake their own deaths and create a new life for themselves on a remote island. Lohan's role would be as an investigator who is hired to get to the bottom of their disappearances.

Folks is so confident Lindsay will stay clean and sober and out of jail, he's already figured out how to get her insured for his $30 million project.

"We can get her insured if she is with someone who is keeping an eye on her 24/7," Folks explains. "Lindsay and I've discussed it and she's already agreed to the condition."

In talks to costar with Lindsay is Chris Zylka, who appeared in the short-lived TV series 10 Things I Hate About You and should break out big time next year as one of the stars of The Amazing Spider-Man.

After having dinner with her dad Michael Saturday night, as reported exclusively on RadarOnline.com, Lindsay met up with Zylka to see Ferras perform at a nearby club.

Lindsay even later tweeted about it, writing "Went to see my friend Ferras perform and was talking to a future costar."

"I put the two of them together to go see the show," Folks reveals.  "They're both Ferras fans and I thought it would be a good chance for them to get to know each other.  They're strictly friends."

Should Lindsay end up going to jail, Folks is prepared to go ahead with the movie without her, but he's convinced that won't happen.

"She's doing great and we're going to prove to the world that she's back."
