A New York pet lover has created the perfect way to carry a lazy pooch. Meena Mansharamani, 42,  from the Upper East Side of Manhattan modeled the Pup To Go on the traditional baby harness used by parents.

The Pup To Go was designed at the beginning of this year and we went online to purchase in July. Each Pup To Go can carry up to 25 pounds and retails for £75. Proving wildly successful across the US the Pup To Go is receiving orders from across the globe especially the UK. Frame pics.

That's right, its election season again, but this one doesn't involve donkeys or elephants - just four-legged stars who have represented various Alma matters over the years. That's right, we're ranking the best dogs who moonlight as college mascots.

Your vote will help determine a bigger list of the top 125 pop culture pooches in prime-time, via a poll from the American Kennel Club and AOL's PawNation.com.

Voting will take place in installments; this week's canine candidates are: the University of Georgia's UGA; Yale's Handsome Dan; Texas A&M's Reveille, Georgetown's Jack the Bulldog and Boston University's Rhett the Boston Terrier.

To cast your vote, check out www.pawnation.com/category/akc-top-125-dogs; results will be tabulated and posted Dec. 7.

These tiny bundles can't hop too high, they're the world's smallest rabbits. The Columbian Basin Pygmy weighs less than a pound and was declared extinct in the 1990s when the remaining 14 living bunnies were taken into captivity.

But as these pictures show, they could be making a comeback. Staff at Oregon Zoo in the US have welcomed a new litter of 25,
bringing the breeding programs total to 73 this year.

I have two doxies that like to play dress-up. It’s the truth. Henry and Lola love the attention their costume garners, while Maggie, our shy rescue prefers to stay home that night and snack on a special bone. Henry is going as a squirrel, while Lola is decked out as a large orange pumpkin.

Check out 'Doggie Vogue' who have dedicated a whole page on their website to Halloween costumes and accessories for your pet dog. Proving the most popular this year is the Shark costume closely followed by Dogzilla.
